Our client is a well-established, full-service independent agency, specialising in tailored retail display solutions. They design, build, and install bespoke POP/POS and retail solutions for a range of industry-leading clients.
They are currently looking for a talented POS Project Manager, with a wealth of experience, to join their team. The successful candidate will collaborate with Sales, Design, and Production teams to execute a diverse range of creative projects.
Job Role
1. Keep clients informed at every stage, managing their expectations throughout the project.
2. Interpret the client’s brief and ensure you fully understand the client’s needs.
3. Determine project objectives, timelines, and budget.
4. Manage multiple projects from inception to completion on a day-to-day basis.
5. Negotiate the best price with suppliers without compromising on quality.
6. Prepare quotes in a timely manner.
7. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, on budget, and to a high standard.
8. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
9. Handle all financial aspects of project management, including preparing budgets, monitoring margins, tracking costs, generating purchase orders, and invoice requests.
10. Report on the financial status of projects to Director-level management.
