We are working on an excellent opportunity with a leading Offshore firm in the BVI, who are looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join their growing team. Our client, a highly regarded outfit in the Caribbean, has a strong international presence and an excellent client portfolio. This role is suitable for someone looking to progress further in their career and involved in high-value, multi-jurisdictional corporate work spanning M&A, finance, funds, and some regulatory matters.
The ideal candidate:
* 3-5 PQE
* Admitted in the UK
* Excellent academics
* Experience from a leading law firm
* Active in business development
* Strong desire to live in the British Virgin Islands
