What the Job Involves As an Interim Right to Buy Surveyor, you will prepare residential valuation requests in compliance with the Housing Act 1985 and provide professional valuation reports for council-owned properties. You will also be involved in preparing lease plans, conducting reviews of third-party valuations, offering valuation advice regarding housing rents, and assisting with capital and revenue estimates. You will coordinate inspections, ensure compliance with statutory obligations, and manage financial resources effectively. The role is hybrid, with varying work locations including the office and site visits.
