Sterile Process Operators - Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
Location: Runcorn
Employment Type: Permanent - up to 8 positions available
Salary: £30,296 starting salary + £930 annual bonus
Training Uplift: Additional £2,000 upon successful completion of training
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, rotating 6:00am-2:00pm and 2:00pm-10:00pm
Note: Own transport required due to shift times and site location

We're currently supporting a global pharmaceutical manufacturer in the recruitment of up top 8 permanent Sterile Process Operators as part of their continued growth. These roles are ideal for individuals from Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or Food Production backgrounds. Full training will be provided on gowning and aseptic manufacturing techniques.
What You'll Be Doing:
Operating and overseeing production equipment within a GMP-compliant cleanroom setting
Maintaining rigorous hygiene protocols and adhering to safety standards
Carrying out in-process checks and accurately documenting results
Assisting in the manufacture of sterile pharmaceutical products in line with SOPs
Working collaboratively across teams to support production efficiency
What We're Looking For:
Ideally some experience in a cleanroom or pharmaceutical environment - although full training will be given
Knowledge of GMP and regulated production processes is a strong advantage
A detail-focused approach and ability to follow strict procedures
Effective communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
