Contract: Full-time, term-time only
Hours: 8:30am - 15:30pm

We're a friendly, forward-thinking SEN school in the AL3 area, and we're on the hunt for a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team.
🌈 What you'll be doing:
Supporting children with a range of special educational needs to access learning in fun, creative ways
Working closely with teachers and the SENCO to adapt lessons and activities
Building strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
Celebrating every little victory (we love a good high-five moment!)

Have experience working with children who have additional needs (in school or beyond)
Are patient, enthusiastic, and love seeing children grow in confidence
Can bring a sense of humour and a "can-do" attitude to the classroom every day
