Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities
* Design, install, and maintain refrigeration systems in compliance with industry standards.
* Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics to identify issues and perform necessary repairs on equipment.
* Collaborate with team members to develop effective maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
* Interpret schematics and technical drawings to facilitate installation and repair processes.
* Provide guidance and leadership to junior engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative work environment.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing all tasks.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for future reference.
Requirements
* Proven experience in refrigeration engineering or a related field.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
* Familiarity with schematics and technical documentation related to refrigeration systems.
* Leadership skills with the capability to manage projects effectively.
* Experience in equipment repair, particularly in air conditioning systems.
* Knowledge of maintenance practices within construction settings is advantageous.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
