We're hiring: Project Manager – High-End Landscape Construction
Based in Buckinghamshire | Full-time | Start date flexible
We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team at CGLA – a leading design studio creating refined, gardens for private clients across the UK.
This role would suit either:
• A landscaper or foreman ready to come off the tools, or
• A young project manager with solid coordination skills and a genuine interest in gardens, architecture or construction.
You’ll be the bridge between design and delivery – coordinating contractors, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring our gardens are built to the highest standards.
We’d love to hear from you if you’re:
Experienced on site (landscaping, construction, or similar)
A natural organiser who thrives on clear plans and tidy outcomes
Confident working directly with designers, contractors, and clients
Looking for a role that mixes technical know-how with creative delivery
Bonus points if you know your way around a construction plan – but if not, we’ll show you.
