This is a remote position. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, introducing Kasa Eshna’s services, and booking qualified appointments for our senior sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and working in a performance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients Introduce Kasa Eshna’s services professionally and confidently Book qualified appointments for the senior sales team Maintain accurate reporting and professional communication standards Role Expectations Minimum of 120 outbound calls per day Minimum of 40 booked appointments per month Minimum commitment of 20 working hours per week Compensation Structure £200 per converted appointment £225 per converted appointment when 5 appointments are booked in a month £250 per converted appointment when 10 appointments are booked in a month What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident and professional phone manner Self-motivated and target-driven mindset Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Previous sales or appointment-setting experience is beneficial but not essential Why Join Kasa Eshna?
