The Role:
As a HLTA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational development of our students. Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering planned lessons to classes during teacher absences.
* Supporting teachers in planning and preparing learning activities.
* Leading small group interventions and 1:1 support sessions.
* Assisting with the assessment and tracking of pupil progress.
* Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to foster a positive learning environment.
Requirements:
* HLTA qualification or equivalent (applications are also welcomed from ECTs looking to gain more experience ahead of completing their first ECT Year)
* Previous experience in a similar role within a primary school setting.
* Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Passion for education and a commitment to student achievement.
* Available Full-Time
