Lead CPCS Traffic Marshall required in High Wycombe
Our specialist Trades & Labour team are seeking a Lead CPCS/NPORS Traffic Marshall for a job in High Wycombe.
You will be working as the Lead Traffic Marshall on this large scale project, supervising a team of 5 Traffic Marshall's. Must have either SSSTS or SMSTS.
It is essential that you have experience supervising a team, and able to do this whilst managing your own tasks/duties.
A Traffic Marshall must:
1. Hold a CPCS/NPORS card (A73 Plant and Vehicle Marshall)
2. Hold a valid SSSTS certificate
3. Have full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment - Hard Hat, boots, hi-vis, gloves & goggles)
4. Be hard working, reliable and punctual
5. Have good communication skills and be able to work alone on your own initiative or as part of a team
