As a
Senior Finance Analyst
, you'll play a key role in driving financial insight and supporting strategic decision-making across our business. This hybrid position requires you to be on-site three days a week at either
Reading, Witney, or Sheffield,
with occasional travel across the EMEAI region.

What you'll be doing:

* Collaborating across departments to coordinate and prepare the annual business plan and monthly forecasts
* Partnering closely with HR and Marketing to provide financial insights and support
* Assisting the Business Unit PF&A team with monthly forecast consolidation and commentary
* Creating impactful presentations and providing ad hoc financial analysis to support decision-making
* Supporting incentive plan tracking and working with the Compensation & Benefits team
* Reporting and forecasting for freight, R&D, and inventory (SLOB)
* Ensuring accuracy and clarity in forecast vs. actuals, with insightful commentary
* Managing rolling forecasts and budgets for group spend, including Marketing and R&D
* Uploading forecasts into OneStream and ensuring data integrity
* Supporting people planning processes to ensure accurate budget and actual reporting
* Delivering the Operating Plan and budget, including people planning, to support business incentives
* Contributing to monthly close and business call commentaries alongside the BU Finance Director
* Using tools like OneStream, MSTR, and Excel to deliver high-quality analysis

What we're ideally looking for:

* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics.
* Around 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally within international companies and manufacturing environments.
* Comfortable communicating in English—both written and spoken—and confident participating in or leading meetings.
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Able to explain financial topics clearly in everyday business language.
* Great at working with people at all levels—from plant teams to senior leadership.
* Motivated and proactive, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.

It's a bonus if you also have:

* A CIMA or ACCA qualification, or a master's degree.
* Experience using Oracle ERP systems.
* Previous management experience.
* Familiarity with working in a global business environment.
