Chartered / Almost Chartered Building Surveyor – Leeds

This is a standout opportunity for a Chartered or Senior Building Surveyor to join a highly respected real estate and construction consultancy in Leeds. You’ll join a high-performing team delivering a wide range of professional and project-based building surveying services within the commercial property sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contract Administration and project delivery
* Technical Due Diligence and acquisition surveys
* Dilapidations, including negotiation and strategy
* Building Pathology and reporting
* Broad commercial surveying instructions across pre- and post-acquisition phases
About You:
1. MRICS-qualified with a degree in Building Surveying or close to.
