About the Role
As a Mortgage Advisor, you will handle a high volume of warm, qualified enquiries across residential, buy-to-let, specialist, and remortgage cases. You’ll guide clients through the full mortgage process, from initial enquiry to completion, ensuring a smooth and compliant journey.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert mortgage advice tailored to client circumstances
* Manage a steady pipeline of warm, pre-qualified enquiries
* Package applications accurately and liaise with lenders, solicitors, and underwriters
* Deliver high-quality, compliant advice with a strong customer focus
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lender criteria, market changes, and regulatory requirements
* Build strong relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
Package & Benefits
* Basic salary up to £35,000 (depending on experience)

Skills & Experience Required
* CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified
* Experience as a Mortgage Advisor
* Strong knowledge of lender criteria and mortgage sourcing systems
* Confident, clear communicator with strong client relationship skills
* Target-driven with a commitment to delivering high-quality advice and service
