The Licensed Conveyancer Role Handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including: * Sales and purchases * Freehold and leasehold transactions * Transfers of equity * Remortgages * New build matters Licensed Conveyancer Requirements The firm is open to speaking with: * Qualified Solicitors * Licensed Conveyancers * ILEX / CILEX professionals * Senior Residential Conveyancing Paralegals Candidates should ideally have a minimum of 3 years’ residential conveyancing experience, with the ability to manage files with a degree of autonomy.
