What Youll Be Doing:
Supporting teaching and learning across the EYFS phase
Helping to deliver engaging, play-based activities that foster development
Working with small groups and individuals to provide targeted support
Supporting classroom routines and maintaining a positive learning environment
Assisting with early reading, phonics, language, and numeracy activities
Collaborating with teachers to contribute to assessments and planning
Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Ideal EYFS Teaching Assistant For This Islington School:
Graduate aspiring to be an Early Years teacher
Previous EYFS or KS1 classroom experience preferred
