Employee Benefits Consultant
We are currently working with a leading employee benefits consultancy to support their search for an Associate Consultant & Consultant to join their small business solutions team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join this organisation, which offers significant potential for career progression as it continues to evolve.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Manage an existing portfolio of clients, providing consulting services across PMI and/or Group Risk schemes.
* Identify potential opportunities for new business, including cross-selling and up-selling.
* Serve as the first point of contact for all your clients.
* Must have prior Employee Benefits experience.
* Effectively manage client relationships.
This role can be remote with the expectation of attending the office at least once per month.
