As Paid Social Lead, you will be responsible for driving high-quality student acquisition across global markets through paid social channels. You will own the strategy, planning and execution of paid social activity, ensuring it is aligned to key campaign moments and commercial objectives. Working closely with Campaign Planning & Operations, Creative, and Acquisition, you will ensure campaigns are well-timed, well-executed and consistently optimised for performance.
This is a hands-on, performance-led role where you will manage budgets, test and scale activity, and continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and results.
We’re looking for someone who takes real ownership of their channel and is motivated to take our paid social activity to the next level. You’ll bring solid experience from a similar role, ideally within a lead generation environment, and be confident managing performance at scale.
