Job Opportunity: HM Land Registry Administrator
Brook Street is pleased to be recruiting for HM Land Registry administration roles based in Birkenhead. These are full-time roles, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
Details:
* Fully office-based
* Flexible hours - must complete 37.5 hours a week, between 7am-6pm
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Providing administrative support in HM Land Registry offices and local authority settings
* Accessing and updating HMLR systems
* Managing calls efficiently and providing accurate, impartial information
* Carrying out customer checks
* Scanning paper records as per work instructions
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries
* Data input of scanned records to create digital records
* Keeping up to date with process and practice changes
Requirements:
* Experience in administration and/or customer service in an office environment
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
* Attention to detail and sound judgment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
The role is for 12 months, with potential extension, paying £13.37 per hour.
