The Role
Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support their growing recruitment function and help deliver a high‑quality experience for candidates throughout the hiring process. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, is highly organised, and is passionate about supporting people through their career journey.
You will play a key role in screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring recruitment activity runs smoothly and professionally. This role will suit someone who has worked within a fast paced recruitment business.
Key Responsibilities
Screen, qualify, and shortlist candidates against defined role requirements
Support candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to interview feedback
Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with candidates
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring all parties are well informed
Provide timely and professional feedback to candidates
Liaise with internal stakeholders to support recruitment and selection activities
Accurately record and maintain candidate information on the recruitment system / CRM
Provide general administrative support to the talent acquisition function
Ensure a consistent, professional, and candidate‑focused recruitment experience
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, the ideal would be fast paced agency experience
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities
Strong communication skills with a confident and professional approach
Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail
Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to high service standards
Comfortable using recruitment systems, applicant tracking systems, or CRM platformsDesirable:
Language skills, particularly German or Dutch, would be an advantage
