Identifying and promptly reporting any safety concerns or close calls observed during site visits. Delivering comprehensive safety briefings and toolbox talks to vegetation management teams to reinforce safety protocols. Compiling and submitting detailed site reports documenting observations, actions taken, and recommendations for improvement. Requirements: Possession of a valid Personal Track Safety (PTS) certification. Basic proficiency in computer operations for report writing and communication purposes. Valid & clean UK driver's license for transportation to various work sites. Desirable Skills: Prior experience in vegetation management or arboriculture, familiar with industry practices and hazards. Possession of Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) or Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certification. Certification as Controller of Site Safety (COSS), demonstrating competency in overseeing safety on rail projects.
