About The Role As a HGV Civils Support Operative, you will be working on our United Utility contract within the North West. Working to meet the needs of the client in the most cost-effective manner whilst working with your team. You will provide expertise, experience, and work closely with your team to deliver a first-class service to our customers. You will be competent on working in wastewater networks. You will be able to engineer solutions on site and focus your teams on completing work right first time. Hours: 50 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 6am-4pm) Salary: £36,946-£38,246 per annum per annum depending on experience and tickets. Overtime rates are paid at X1.5. Weekly pay Responsibilities - But Not Limited To Adhere to safe dig practices at all times Ability to work under pressure.- Using a company tablet, uploading and relaying information to head office. Forward thinking, Positive attitude, Good housekeeping, Good time management Ensure plant and equipment is used correctly and in correct working order. Resolving problems / clearing blockages / excavating on the sewer networks Requirements For The Role HGV Class 2 licence (required) Drivers licence is mandatory with no more than 6 penalty points Desirable Experience with working with JHL City Flex’s, or training is provided. Experience of High Pressure Jetting would be advantageous – however training would be provided.
