I am seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our pastoral and safeguarding team as an Designated Safeguarding Officer. This dual-role post is a key part of our commitment to ensuring that all students feel safe, supported, and able to attend school regularly to achieve their best. You will be responsible for leading on strategies to improve whole-school attendance and also serve as one of the school’s Designated Safeguarding Officers, working closely with pupils, families, and external services to ensure the highest standards of care and protection.This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, highly supportive team in a school that places wellbeing, inclusion, and personal development at the heart of everything we do.
