As a crucial team member specialising in litigation, your duties will span various responsibilities, including:
* Performing typing and audio typing for diverse communication channels like letters, faxes, memos, emails, and documents.
* Crafting court documents with precision and meticulous attention to detail.
* Preparing documents and overseeing the filing of statutory returns.
* Managing telephone communication, handling both outgoing and incoming calls on behalf of the solicitor.
* Handling email correspondence on behalf of the solicitor.
* Organising appointments, maintaining updated records, and managing contacts.
* Carrying out filing, faxing, and photocopying tasks while ensuring records remain current.
Regarding qualifications and skills, we are in search of candidates with:
* One year or more of experience in a similar role, showcasing a solid grasp of the associated responsibilities.
* Confident and strong communication skills, crucial for effective teamwork and communication on behalf of the solicitor.
* Efficient time management skills, essential for meeting deadlines and effectively managing a diverse array of tasks associated with the role.
