Responsibilities

* Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards, ensuring high-quality presentation.
* Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
* Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for complete customer satisfaction.
* Maintain a clean and tidy front-of-house environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and communication.
Requirements
* Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of food safety practices and basic culinary skills is advantageous.
* Strong guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
* Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
* Experience in serving or kitchen roles is beneficial but not essential; we are willing to train the right candidate.
