In this role, you'll help ensure our innovative treatments reach the patients who need them most, working alongside experts in market access, clinical development, and brand strategy. About the Role As a Health Economist, you will support our diverse portfolio under the guidance of the Senior Health Economist and Head of HEOR. Your work will directly contribute to successful Health Technology Assessment (HTA) submissions and strategic market access planning. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine UK/Ireland Market Access Plans. - Support HTA submissions for NICE, SMC, and other relevant bodies. - Create health economic materials that align with ABPI/Department of Health guidelines. - Contribute to pricing strategies and integrate health economic measures into clinical trials. - Work cross-functionally to embed health economics into brand strategies. - Deliver timely horizon scanning insights for pipeline products. - Plan and support health economic projects for external stakeholders. What We're Looking For - MSc (or higher) in Health Economics or a related discipline. - Hands-on experience with economic evaluation methods and HTA processes. - Strong understanding of UK/Ireland market access challenges. - Skilled in developing payer-focused materials. - Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
