Logistics Coordinator in Huntingdon

As Logistics Coordinator the successful candidate will be responsible for organising a safe and efficient storage room and ensure that orders are fulfilled (carried out) correctly. Oversee and liaise with colleagues to ensure stock is maintained and moved efficiently.
Responsibilities:

Organising Shipments
2.
Co-Ordinating deliveries, pick-ups and journeys
3.
Developing and confirming schedules
4.
Planning for and negotiating technical difficulties
5.
Preparing paperwork for regulatory bodies
6.
Managing stock room
7.
Monitoring stock and effectively managing stock levels
8.
Ensuring health and safety standards are met
9.
Answering customer enquiries or passing them onto the appropriate department
10.
Giving information and helping to solve customer queries
11.
Selling products and taking orders
12.
Replying to email enquiries
13.
Liaise with sales team and other departments
14.
Arranging services for customers, for example, booking onto courses and events
15.
Processing complaints
16.
Taking payments over the phone
17.
Taking information from customers and entering it on a database
18.
Making sure that the customer's experience is a positive one
Working Hours Full times hours Monday-Friday 8.30am - 17.00pm Salary: Up too £27,000 Full training is provided - all they ask is that you are punctual and work hard
