Liscombe Health Club is seeking an energetic and driven Sales Duty Manager to join our passionate team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of both commercial success and daily club operations.
About the Role
As a Sales Duty Manager, you'll play a key role in driving the club's performance across membership sales and our Swim Academy memberships. You'll be responsible for ensuring the club meets and exceeds its key performance indicators, including leads, appointments, sales, and referrals.
Alongside your commercial focus, you'll act as a key holder for the business—ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, member satisfaction, and a high standard of presentation and safety across the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive membership and swim academy sales to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
* Generate, track, and convert leads through proactive outreach, inreach, corporate strategies and exceptional service.
* Manage and motivate the front-of-house and sales teams to deliver results.
* Oversee daily operations as a key holder, ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for members and staff.
* Build strong relationships with members, creating opportunities for referrals and retention.
* Report on KPIs and contribute to strategies that enhance commercial and operational performance.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in a sales or membership management role, ideally within the fitness or leisure industry.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
* Confident communicator with a natural ability to build rapport and inspire others.
* A results-driven mindset with an understanding of operational excellence.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as part of the duty management rota.
