Position: Chef Manager
Contract Type: Full Time / Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (07:30am to 15:30pm covering a 7 day rota)
Salary: £29,274.73 per annum
Location: Newcastle-under-Lyme

Responsibilities
* Preparing quality food
* Ordering supplies
* Cleaning and organising the food preparation area
* Training new kitchen employees on standards and regulations
* Have a friendly approach towards visitors and residents
* Monitoring the kitchen area to ensure sanitation standards are maintained.
Qualifications
* Someone who has the ability to create great food, that is well presented, full of flavour, balanced and nutritional
* Experience of ordering supplies and carrying out stock takes
* Embrace processes and procedures and add a good measure of creativity
* Open to new ideas and thinking out of the box
Successful candidates will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS Check.
