The Supervisor role will oversee day to day operations within a department. They will be responsible for leading a team of Operatives to ensure production targets are achieved safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Working in a fast-paced factory environment, the Supervisor will coordinate, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate a team while maintaining productivity and operational excellence.
The Supervisor will act as a link between management and shop floor, driving continuous improvement, supporting training and development, and ensuring the timely manufacture of high-quality kitchens that meet customer specifications and deadlines.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a Manufacturing environment
* Previous experience in a Supervisor or Leadership role
* Logical and structured approach to problem solving
* Strong H&S awareness (Risk assessments, manual handlings, etc)
* Lean Manufacturing 5S/ 6S awareness
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
This role is full time, Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week. Shift patterns will rotate weekly between 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm.
We are offering a competitive salary depending on experience (Late shifts will attract a 10% shift allowance).
