Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned and reactive maintenance to SFG20 standards on: HVAC systems UPS systems RCDs and PAT testing Lighting systems LEV and fume cupboards Boilers and air compressors Diagnose and repair faults efficiently to reduce downtime. Conduct regular inspections and proactive maintenance to ensure reliability and safety. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new systems and equipment. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities using a CMMS (tablet-based, training provided). Manage critical spare parts and ensure effective inventory control. Issue and manage Permits to Work for contractors, ensuring compliance and safety. Support black building testing and respond to alarms via the Trend BMS. Contribute to continuous improvement and performance initiatives. Deliver weekly reports in line with contractual KPIs. Qualifications preferred should be an NVQ level 3 or equivalent in electrical engineering with experience in a similar role.
