CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR
Location: Shidas Lane, Oldbury B69 2BP
Salary: £26,436.80 per annum plus excellent benefits
Schedule: Monday
Shift: Friday 08:30 – 17:00 (12‑month fixed‑term contract, possibility of extension)
About the Role
As a Customer Service Administrator in our Sandwell team, you’ll manage customer records using CRM and database systems, resolve enquiries and complaints within agreed service levels, and support the Customer Care Centre Manager with customer onboarding, account queries, and administrative tasks throughout the life of commercial waste contracts. Collaboration with internal teams, contractors and third parties will be key to your success.
What you’ll do
* Deliver professional, timely customer service via phone, email and digital channels.
* Maintain accurate customer records and analyse system data.
* Support sales orders, purchase orders, invoicing and SAP‑related queries.
* Assist with continuous improvement, problem‑solving and process innovation.
* Provide cover across the administration and Customer Care Centre when needed.
Qualifications & skills
* Experience in a busy admin or call‑centre environment.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong organisation, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
* Confident using Microsoft Office; SAP, CRM or data processing experience is a plus.
* Self‑motivated, resourceful and a team player.
