Sytner Sheffield is looking for an Accounts Assistant.
Your role
As a Sytner Accounts Assistant, you will support the day-to-day functions of the accounts department, including managing the sales and purchase ledgers, daily cash postings, and bank reconciliations. You will also assist the Dealership Accountant and Management team with other ad-hoc duties as required.
Sytner Accounts Assistants work flexible hours between Mondays and Fridays, which may sometimes include weekends to ensure excellent customer service.
Your profile
Previous experience and a good working knowledge of accounting routines, such as stock checks and month-end reconciliations, are essential. Knowledge of the CDK/Kerridge Dealer Management system and Microsoft Office is advantageous but not essential.
Ideally, you will be enthusiastic, well-organized, diligent, able to meet strict deadlines, and attentive to detail. You should be comfortable working independently and as part of a small team.
