Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
* Review and evaluate incoming cases in Salesforce to ensure they meet established guidelines.
* Organize and save documents into shared files, attaching them to corresponding cases in Salesforce.
* Monitor and document case outcomes by updating shared spreadsheets in Confluence with Salesforce data.
* Assist with special projects as assigned by the Research team manager.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
* Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across platforms.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
* Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
* Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively.
* Strong organizational skills, including document management and order entry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Familiarity with shared file systems and collaborative tools like Confluence.
* Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
