Please add relevant information in regards to the role and segmentSenior Employee Relations (ER) AdvisorFull‑Time | HR ServicesSalary: £30,000Location: 310 Broadway, Salford M50 2UEWe're looking for a confident and people‑focused Senior ER Advisor to join our ER Services team. If you enjoy helping managers navigate tricky situations, keeping things fair and compliant, and making a real difference to how people experience work, this role is for you.You'll be the go‑to expert for ER advice across a multi‑site operation, supporting managers remotely with clear, practical guidance on everything from investigations and grievances to absence, suspensions and TUPE.
