The Role
We are looking for three temporary Production Operator for a fixed term 6 month period. Our production team are passionate about ensuring that the products we manufacture are of the highest quality and meet our mission of delivering life-changing technology. Reporting to the Operations Head of Department, you will be part of our production team working to strict Standard Operating Procedures and GMP at all times. You will be trained in all manufacturing activities including set up, preparation of manufacturing/product materials, operation and troubleshooting of equipment and carrying out the manufacturing processes, testing and quality control for hearing aids. You will be able to take the initiative to report any defects, process deviations or issues immediately and will maintain good housekeeping in your work area.
You are a team player, accepting of constructive feedback and always open to learning new manufacturing techniques and being challenged in a busy environment. You will have the drive to meet your daily target whilst exceeding our high production and quality standards due to your attention to detail. It is essential that you have a high degree of hand/eye co-ordination and dexterity as the products we make are medical devices. It is also essential that you have excellent IT skills and are able to pick up new software quickly.
