We’re Hiring! Lunchtime Assistant – Werneth Primary School, Oldham Werneth Primary School is looking for a friendly, caring and reliable Lunchtime Assistant to join their wonderful team! This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to our pupils’ school day by helping create a safe, happy and enjoyable lunchtime environment. Location: Werneth Primary School, Oldham ⏰ Hours: 12:00 – 13:30 (1.5 hours per day, term time only) What You’ll Do Supervise children during their lunch break, both in the dining hall and outside. Encourage positive play, good behaviour and healthy eating. Support children with their social and emotional wellbeing. Help set up and clear away dining areas as needed. Ensure safeguarding, safety and school policies are always followed. About You We’re looking for someone who is: Warm, patient and enthusiastic. Experienced working in a Primary School setting. Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff. Responsible, vigilant and confident in managing behaviour. Committed to creating a nurturing school environment.
