YOUR ROLE
Drive new and repeat business by selling service contracts and accessories that add lasting value. Build relationships, secure renewals, and play a key role in the ongoing success of wine preservation across UK hospitality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In your role as UK Sales Executive, you will:
 * Grow service contract and accessory sales from existing customers through smart upselling and proactive outreach
 * Win new business through cold calls, warm leads, and industry networking
 * Negotiate renewals, close new agreements, and manage your pipeline to consistently hit targets
 * Build long-term relationships by understanding customer needs and recommending the right service solutions
 * Potential to represent Bermar at trade shows and key hospitality events to promote our brand and connect with decision-makers
 * Collaborate with the wider team to share insights, refine your approach, and drive results
SKILLS REQUIRED
 * Proven 2+ years of B2B experience selling contracts, renewals, and/or service packages, and the results to prove it
 * Confident in outbound sales and persistent in following up leads
 * A natural communicator; persuasive, professional, and resilient
 * Highly organised, target-driven, and comfortable being measured on performance
 * Diligent with admin; you keep your CRM up to date and stay on top of contract details and renewals
 * Bonus: experience in hospitality, F&B, or service sales
 * Familiar with CRM systems and pipeline management tools
