WE ARE HIRING | CNC Programmer – 12 MONTH FTC

Contract: Fixed Term – 12 Months

We’re supporting a leading engineering business in their search for a CNC Programmer to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-precision projects in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop manufacturing solutions aligned with company standards
* Create CNC programs (Milling, Lathes, Mill-Turns, EDM) using SolidCAM
* Produce stage drawings and fixture designs using SolidWorks
* Support shop-floor operations and troubleshoot manufacturing challenges
* Collaborate with subcontract machinists and supply chain teams
* Drive continuous improvement and support capital expenditure projects
What We’re Looking For:
1. Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering
2. Strong experience with SolidCAM, SolidWorks, and CNC machining
3. Proven knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement tools
4. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
5. Eligibility for UK SC clearance
