Job Description:

Our Retail Assistants provide face-to-face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores. In return, we offer:

You will be based in Minworth but may be required to travel to different stores within your zone. We are looking for those who can start as soon as possible.

You will work alongside a Team Leader who will provide coaching and support. Being tech-savvy is desirable, as we use various apps to facilitate your work.
Job role:
You should be customer-focused, friendly, polite, professional, and positive.
Your responsibilities include:
* Merchandising products according to visual guidelines
* Receiving and displaying new stock
* Setting up promotional activities
* Collaborating with the management team to build relationships and identify sales opportunities

Requirements:
* Experience in a customer-facing role is required; experience with fashion brands is a plus
* Sales or retail sales experience is preferred
* Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with operating systems Android 8.1+ or iOS 13.4+
