Purpose
Red4Bed is a dynamic and innovative start-up healthcare/lifestyle company dedicated to revolutionizing the sleep market. We are currently transitioning from pre-commercial to launch and seeking an experienced product & brand marketing manager to lead this process. Phases 2–5 of the GTM plan require a full-stack marketer capable of translating our Sage × Creator brand blueprint into engaging creative, performance-driven campaigns, and retail-ready collateral.
Core Functions & Key Responsibilities
1. Go-to-Market Execution & DTC Growth
o Lead launch strategy and performance across Shopify, landing pages, and UX optimization.
o Manage paid media campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google to achieve CAC and ROAS targets.
o Integrate tools for 3PL and customer service to ensure smooth fulfillment and support.
2. Brand & Content Development
o Oversee creative production including packaging, photography, video, and UGC.
o Maintain brand consistency across all channels (tone, visuals, guidelines).
3. Lifecycle & Retention Marketing
o Develop automated email and SMS flows (welcome, post-purchase, win-back).
o Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, offers, and onsite conversions.
4. Influencer & Community Engagement
o Manage influencer outreach, seeding campaigns, and usage rights.
o Moderate and grow online communities (e.g., Facebook/Slack).
o Identify and execute brand-aligned co-marketing partnerships.
5. Insights & Analytics
o Conduct pre/post-launch surveys and translate insights into actionable strategies.
o Track marketing performance metrics (CAC, LTV, MER, unit economics) and generate regular reports.
6. Retail & Compliance Support
o Prepare trade marketing materials for retail buyers (decks, POS, sell sheets).
o Ensure marketing materials comply with UK/EU supplement regulations.
7. Experience & Skills Profile
8. Bachelor’s degree (minimum 2:1) in business or marketing.
9. 3–5 years experience in FMCG, wellness, or DTC start-up marketing.
10. Experience with physical product launch ownership, including experiential event planning and execution.
11. Proficiency in Shopify, CRM, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Spark partnerships.
12. Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
13. Proven experience in lifecycle/email automation and CRO testing.
14. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
15. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or Gantt project management tools.
