Requirements: * Experience as a Registered Manager or similar leadership role in children's residential care. * Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent). * Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations (Ofsted). * Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
