We are representing a reputable law firm specialising in Wills, Probate, and Estate Planning. The firm is seeking a meticulous and motivated Assistant to support their legal team in providing high-quality advice and services to clients during important life events.
The Role:
As a Wills, Probate & Estate Planning Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and client support, assisting solicitors and legal executives in the preparation, drafting, and management of estate-related matters. You will play a key role in maintaining the firm's high standards of service and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and organise Wills, probate applications, and estate planning documentation.
* Liaise with clients, providing clear guidance and timely updates.
* Maintain accurate client records and case files.
* Coordinate with external parties such as banks, financial advisors, and trustees.
* Assist with the administration of estates, including correspondence and documentation.
* Support fee earners with research and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a legal, wills, probate, or estate planning environment is preferred.
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
