Job Description:
dSb is working with a premium fashion brand located in Nottinghamshire, which has achieved phenomenal success and continues to grow. As a Wholesale Operations Coordinator, you will work with third-party warehouses to coordinate, plan, and execute product distribution throughout the UK, Europe, and globally.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Creating pick tickets, delivery notes, invoices, and other shipping documentation
* Daily liaison with 3PL providers
* Ensuring smooth and timely delivery of orders within specified delivery windows
* Booking delivery and collection slots for customer orders
* Stock and inventory control
Experience required:
* Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables (essential)
* Knowledge of export and shipping documentation
* Order fulfillment and processing experience
* Experience in fashion wholesale distribution and working with 3PL providers is desirable but not essential
This role is full-time and onsite.
