The Role
We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join us as a Trainee Asbestos Removal Operative. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in the asbestos removal industry. You'll receive full training and mentoring, with a clear pathway to progress into a Site Supervisor role.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the safe removal and disposal of asbestos-containing materials under supervision.
* Follow all health and safety procedures and company protocols.
* Prepare work areas and equipment for asbestos removal tasks.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation.
* Work collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
