Requirements for the Mental Health Nurse Job in Glasgow
* Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC pin.
* Experience working in adult mental health, CAMHS, forensic, or crisis settings is desirable.
* Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses, interventions, and recovery models.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies.
* Up-to-date knowledge of the Mental Health Act, safeguarding procedures, and NICE guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience
* RMN qualification with current NMC registration (essential).
* Previous experience in a mental health setting (desirable but not essential for newly qualified nurses).
