Ford’s Commercial Vehicle division is expanding its Program Management capability across the V3 and V4 Transit platforms. We are developing a new team to deliver change control, BoM structuring, P‑Release and related activities to program timing.
We are seeking a Senior Change Control Analyst to lead integration between UK-based engineering, purchasing, finance and other functional teams, and an offsite analyst group. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping new ways of working, ensuring clarity, stability and strong governance across the product development process.
1. Degree or relevant experience (engineering, data science or related discipline desirable).
2. Strong understanding of change control processes throughout the full development lifecycle.
3. Experience delivering programs during both development and launch phases.
4. Excellent knowledge of change control systems such as WERs, FEDE and PDL.
5. Confident communicator with the ability to engage engineering, finance and senior leadership.
6. High‑energy, self‑starter with strong analytical ability and a passion for continuous improvement.

This position is based in Dunton, Essex and it is expected the successful candidate will be able to attend the Dunton Campus for typically 4 days a week and remain flexible on the days they are required to attend the office according to business requirements.
