Jam Staffing Solutions are recruitng for a Despatch Team Leader for a PVC Manufacturer in Shrewsbury. Key Responsibilities * Plan, manage, and organise daily delivery schedules alongside the Despatch Supervisor. * Lead and oversee the loading of vans, ensuring correct prioritisation of products and efficient space utilisation. * Oversee the picking, packing, and preparation of extras and ancillaries. * Carry out spot checks on delivery vans and ensure ongoing cleanliness, safety, and maintenance. * Maintain strong goods-in and despatch organisation, ensuring products are stored correctly. * Assist with and learn elements of the manufacturing process (full training provided).
