Your Role
* Manage and support a portfolio of client accounts
* Build strong relationships with business owners and key contacts
* Help clients understand and get the most value from the company’s solutions
* Identify opportunities to grow accounts through additional services
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
* Track account activity, renewals and customer engagement
