You will be responsible for advancing and maturing the adoption of the D365 platform, through engagement with business and technical teams to understand development opportunities that help support company growth and efficiency. What you'll be doing Develop and technically author appropriate solution designs, ensuring fit-for-purpose, balancing technical decisions with user needs and commercial constraints Conducting discovery workshops to understand customer and business opportunities and requirements Lead on proof of concept and innovation work where required, either independently, leading a team or with delivery partners Technical author of functional requirements and implementation design Act as a technology and development practice coach and mentor What you'll need to have Strong functional expertise across Dynamics 365 (Sales and Customer Service) and the Power Platform Proven experience as a senior functional consultant, lead or architect working with business stakeholders to elicit requirements Solid understanding of enterprise delivery practices (integration patterns, data management, CI/CD, testing, agile delivery) Experience producing and governing high-quality functional designs, standards and best practices Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences What makes you stand out Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant certification (or equivalent) Exposure to financial services or insurance industries About us Benefact Group is a unique international financial services Group made up of over 30 businesses.
