What you need:
* A great attitude!
* 18 years of age or older
* Daytime and nighttime availability
* At least 1 year of retail or restaurant management experience

Responsibilities include:
* Assisting in operating the restaurant to achieve profit objectives and ensure guest satisfaction.
* Creating a fun, productive, and respectful environment and culture.
* Supporting daily restaurant operations and working at any station when necessary.
* Ensuring high levels of hospitality and service as the Manager on Duty.
* Maintaining food quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
* Managing personnel records, schedules, and administrative reports.
* Adhering to operational procedures and marketing plans.
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Decision-making areas include:
* Team member assignments
* Purchases within inventory and budget constraints
* Disciplinary actions in the absence of the manager on duty
* Escalation of issues as needed
Physical requirements:
* Ability to perform essential job functions safely and successfully.
* Maintaining punctual attendance.
